This workshop is for Finance Managers, Coordinators and Managers working in Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Services and is delivered by the unit costing guru, Carrie Hayter.

By the end of the workshop, you will understand the key steps in developing a unit cost for your service type or program and how to apply practical tools and resources when developing unit costs.
