This workshop is designed for CHSP service providers who are keen to master risk management and data proficiency in preparation for the transition into the Support at Home program.

During this workshop, we will cover:

The skills and knowledge needed to develop and Leverage Data for Risk Management.
The importance of using data effectively to identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them.
The importance of data analysis and risk assessment.
Learn how to use data effectively to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
SIRS

These sessions are suitable for Quality and Compliance Managers, Executive Management and Program Managers from CHSP Service Providers.
