CHSP organisations, including their Boards, must prepare and position themselves for the significant changesbrought about by reforms.

We invite you to the launch of the Board Briefing Toolkit - Aged Care Reform. The Board Briefing Toolkit will support CHSP senior leaders to brief Board Members about the aged care reform agenda and articulate their position. The Board Briefing toolkit comprises of 4 sections:

Orientation and Guidance
Summary of Key Changes
Example Board Briefing Resources, and
Additional Resources.

This resource has been collaboratively developed as a partnership between the Eastern Sector Development Team (EACH) and the Grampians Region Sector Development Team, with assistance from Paul Sadler Consultancy.
