Case Study - Gemma

Gemma, a 66-year-old woman living with dementia, and her partner live in a fairly isolated rural location. Gemma self-identifies as a lesbian and has always liked social and community group activities. She actively participates in a dementia specific social support group twice a week, this being the only local social support group option.
