E-Learning Module Introducing HACC-PYP in the Grampians Region

This resource was designed to provide a brief overview of HACC-PYP, provide links to relevant information and resources, as well as provide an overview of resources available.   The content has been developed specifically for service providers of HACC-PYP in the Grampians Region of Victoria.  The eLearning module will take approximately 30 – 45 minutes to complete.
