The Regional Advisor – Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness will work with Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funded organisations across the Grampians region to understand and embed diversity, wellness, reablement and restorative care within their service planning and delivery.
Diversity planning and practice aims to improve access to services for CHSP eligible people who are marginalised or disadvantaged due to their diversity, and to improve the capacity of the service system to respond appropriately to their needs. While also recognising the different characteristics of communities, groups and individuals, including, but not limited to diversity of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, faith and spirituality, and socio-economic disadvantage. You will take the lead for the Diversity portfolio, whilst also promoting wellness and reablement.
As the Regional Advisor you will be part of the Sector Development Team, who work with funded agencies in the Grampians region of Victoria to support change management, the sharing of good practice and encourage inclusive access and person centred care. Applications close Monday 22nd March 2021
