Working with interpreters
Gives you a framework to understand services that you can use to communicate when your migrant and refugee clients don’t speak your language. You’ll start by learning what different language services are available and how they can help. Then you’ll learn the skills and knowledge you need to book the right interpreter, brief them before a conversation and then carry out an interpreted conversation.
There is a cost to enrol.
Leads to a certification with a duration: 2 years
