ISBAR Training

These online training resources will introduce staff to using the ISBAR (Information, Situation, Background, Assessment, Request) approach when transferring information about client care needs. On completion of the self-paced interactive learning module, participants will receive a certificate of completion and can download and print handy prompt sheets for future reference
